Our Infor Distribution Consultants help our clients succeed with Infor CloudSuite Distribution, Infor Distribution SX.e and Infor OS. They are responsible for implementing key functionality and managing implementation and service projects. Consultants work with our clients to get the most out of Infor software and implement industry standard processes with the aim of reducing costs, increasing customer service, and creating frameworks for enhanced collaboration and business efficiency. The consultant is responsible for delivering business process and application consulting services which include process design, application configuration, testing, client training on Infor software, technologies and tools in accordance with our standard implementation methods. The Consultant is also responsible for developing ongoing, successful business relationships with clients and for providing clients with success recommendations.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Maximize business benefits for clients of Tridex Systems
• Participate in client facing implementation projects relating to Infor applications and helping lead the Tridex Systems team toward client goals
• Lead the information gathering and design process for a client implementation, including the development of functional business requirements and solution scope documents
• Configure client business solutions
• Develop and execute test plans and test software configurations
• Provide training to clients’ key and end users
• Provide ongoing consulting and application best practice advice
• Achieve engagement objectives
• Provide regular internal reports on the status of projects
• Attend product functionality briefings and training sessions

Requirements:

Basic:

• Distribution and/or ERP implementation experience
• Minimum 5+ years’ project experience ERP implementations with a Supply Chain focus
• Full lifecycle implementation experience implementing ERP systems, with a Supply Chain focus
• An in-depth understanding of Infor Distribution systems
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel throughout North America (US and Canada)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Formal customer facing consulting experience

Preferred:

• Experience with as an advanced user of Infor CloudSuite Distribution or Infor Distribution SX.e
• Infor OS, ION and Mongoose experience

Support reps bring distribution expertise and an understanding of the customer’s challenges alongside knowledge of how technology can help the client meet their business goals. Support reps nurture a dynamic and strategic relationship between Tridex Systems and our clients. You must demonstrate a commitment to a long term and dedicated partnership to drive continued success. Through close collaboration, support reps provide continuous attention to proactively minimize disruption, maximize the existing software adoption and utilization, and achieve strategic business outcomes.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Keeping the client apprised of the many resources Tridex Systems can offer them including support, help desk, project management, managed services, hosting, application development and more
• Engage with internal teams and maintain regular contact with client to support them in the optimization of their technology and applications to achieve their business goals.
• Facilitate communication between the customer and the entire team at Tridex Systems to ensure smooth interactions and a happy customer.
• Communicate support process and inform customer how to best leverage their Tridex Systems resources  

Requirements:

• Basic:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years’ experience working in a service or support capacity within the software or high-tech industry
• Distribution industry knowledge and experience in a plus
• Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
• Excellent analytical, time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to respond quickly to changing demands and market conditions
• Commitment to teamwork and ability to operate in a matrix management environment
• Interest in technology and ability to understand technical concepts is required.

Preferred:

• Experience with Infor CloudSuite Distribution, Infor Distribution SX.e and Infor OS
• Experience working with key technology partners and vendors
• Experience working with a technology sales, premium support, or managed services organization to have a good working knowledge of maintenance and support
• Proven strong communication, negotiation and influencing skill
